Here at EGNI, the safety of our customers is paramount. It is important to stress that this centre is not a soft play. It is an indoor obstacle course which requires participants to take all of the safety measures outlined in the guidelines below. On arrival, participants will be required to listen to a safety briefing as well as signing a waiver. Above all, the aim is to have fun, the following guidelines help ensure that everyone is able to do this!!


Wear trainers!!

Appropriate footwear must be worn by participants. Ensure laces are done up.


Sportswear is ideal but your comfort and ability to move about is the most important .

Please ensure pockets are empty whilst on the course.



Respect other users and the staff members. Bad language, bullying or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Little ones

Be mindful of smaller children on the course and take care when running towards obstacles.



The staff are on hand to help you if needed.

Parents/ guardians are responsible for their children at all times.

No no's

No food and drink allowed on the course.

No chewing gum allowed.

No access will be granted to those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

No lying or sitting on obstacles.

No throwing balls from the ball pit.

The Foam Pit

The same rules apply to the foam pit, however, it is important to also remember the following as outlined in the safety briefing:

  • only 1 person is allowed to jump at a time

  • wait for the previous jumper to exit before you jump

  • jump from the middle of the tower, into the centre of the foam pit

  • no somersaults or back flips, ensuring you face forward when jumping

  • exit the foam pit as quickly as possible
